Orders from UAH 49,999 cannot be paid in cash to the courier.

If the product from your order is not available at the main warehouse, we will deliver it from one of the regional warehouses. The term of preparation of such an order can be up to 7 days. As soon as the order is collected, we will immediately notify you by SMS and email.

Discounts and discount coupons

Each discount or coupon can only be used once, unless otherwise stated on the coupon. If the coupon is used several times, the seller has the right to cancel the discount.

In case of exceeding the size of the gift certificate or discount coupon of the order value, the unused discount difference is not transferred to the new order and is automatically burned.

Payment and receipt of parcels

The cost of delivery of one package ranges from 60 to 2,000 hryvnias, depending on the delivery method.

In case of damage to the products during transportation or when the ordered product is found to be missing, draw up a report with the courier, indicating all discrepancies. You cannot return an open parcel to the courier. All issues regarding discrepancies in the order are resolved with the sending company, that is, with us. Customer claims related to damage or absence of the product in the package, which were discovered after the departure of the courier service employee, not confirmed by the act, will not be accepted.

Since we do not take any advance payment, our relationship with the client is built on the principles of trust and mutual respect. Therefore, please carefully decide on the order in advance. In 90% of cases, your order goes to work on the same day. Placing an order is actually your consent to purchase the goods ordered and delivered to you in the future on the terms and within the terms announced by us at the time of placing the order (of course, if you are satisfied with its quality and we have not violated the promised delivery terms). Product return

The customer has the right to return unused goods within 14 days of receiving the order. Send the product together with the completed form to Nova Poshta branch No. 226. The delivery fee is non-refundable. The parcel sent with payment on delivery will not be accepted! In accordance with hygienic standards, products from the "Cosmetics" section are not subject to return or complaint. Returns are possible only if the product has not been used. Opened and used product will not be accepted!

Complaint

According to the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights and Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated 19.03.1994. (Appendix No. 3 - List of goods) - perfumery and cosmetic goods are included in the list of non-food goods of proper quality, which are not subject to return or exchange.

All products are covered by a quality guarantee period of 24 months from the date of receipt of the order.

PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT

PUBLIC CONTRACT (TENDER)

for ordering, purchasing, selling and delivering goods

This agreement between FOP Yatsenko O.V., hereinafter "Seller" and the user of the services of the Internet site, hereinafter - "Customer", is an assignment agreement for the order, purchase and delivery of Goods and defines the basic conditions for ordering, purchasing and delivering goods via the Internet - site http://lookfort.com/ The Buyer, acting for the purpose of purchasing the Goods, accepts the terms of this contract of purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter referred to as the Contract) on the following terms.

1. DEFINITION OF TERMS

1.1. Public offer (hereinafter - the "Offer") - the Seller's public offer, addressed to an unspecified circle of persons, to conclude a contract for the sale of goods remotely (hereinafter - the "Agreement") with the Seller on the terms contained in this Offer, including all Appendices.

1.2. Order - the Customer's decision to order goods and their delivery, issued in the online store and/or an order for the purchase and delivery of goods.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1. The following information is an official proposal (offer) of the online store http://lookfort.com/ to any natural person (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) to conclude a contract for the purchase and sale of goods. This contract is public, that is, according to Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, its conditions are the same for all buyers.

2.2. In accordance with Article 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, the complete and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this offer (offer), which confirms the conclusion of the Agreement for the purchase and sale of goods on the terms proposed below, is the fact of execution and confirmation of the order.

2.4. By completing the Order, the Buyer confirms his agreement and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this proposal (offer).

2.5. By concluding the Agreement (that is, by accepting the terms of this Proposal (Offer) by placing an Order), the Buyer confirms the following:

The buyer is fully and completely familiar with and agrees to the terms of this offer (offer);

He gives permission for the collection, processing and transfer of personal data under the conditions specified below in the Clause on the collection, processing and transfer of personal data, the permission for the processing of personal data is valid for the entire term of the Agreement, as well as for an unlimited period after its expiration. In addition, by concluding the Agreement, the Customer confirms that he has been notified (without additional notification) of the rights established by the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data", the purposes of data collection, and that his personal data is transferred to the Seller for the purpose of fulfilling the terms of this Agreement, the possibility of mutual settlements, as well as for receiving invoices, acts and other documents. The Customer also agrees that the Seller has the right to provide access and transfer his personal data to third parties without any additional notifications from the Customer, without changing the purpose of personal data processing. The extent of the Customer's rights as a subject of personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data" is known and understood by him.

3. PRICE OF GOODS

3.1. The price for each product item is indicated on the website of the online store.

3.2. The seller has the right to unilaterally change the price of any product item.

3.3. In the event of a price change for the ordered Product, the Seller undertakes to inform the Buyer about the change in the price of the Product.

3.4. The Buyer has the right to confirm or cancel the Order for the purchase of the Goods, if the price has been changed by the Seller after placing the Order.

3.5. The Seller cannot change the price of the Goods paid by the Buyer.

3.6. The Seller indicates the cost of delivery of the Goods on the website of the online store or informs the Buyer during the order placement by the Operator.

3.7. The Buyer's obligations to pay for the Goods are considered fulfilled from the moment the funds are received by the Seller.

3.8. Settlements between the Seller and the Buyer for the Goods are made by the methods indicated on the website of the online store in the "Delivery and payment" section.

4. PROCESSING THE ORDER

4.2. When registering on the website of the online store, the Buyer undertakes to provide the following registration information:

4.2.1. Surname and first name of the Buyer or the person indicated by him (recipient);

4.2.2. The address to which the Goods should be delivered (if delivery to the Buyer's address);

4.2.3. E-mail address (optional field);

4.2.4. Contact phone number.

4.3. The name, quantity, article number, and price of the Product selected by the Buyer are indicated in the Buyer's basket on the Internet store website.

4.4. If the Seller needs additional information, he has the right to request it from the Buyer. If the Buyer does not provide the necessary information, the Seller is not responsible for providing quality service to the Buyer when purchasing goods in the online market.

4.5. When placing an Order through the Operator (clause 4.1 of this Offer), the Buyer undertakes to provide the information specified in clause 4.2. of the real Offer.

4.6. Acceptance of the conditions by the Buyer
